Tour Description
COMING SOON !!! Round up the crew… because our pedal-powered group bike is designed for good times, great company and a little bit of leg work along the way. Our guide takes care of the steering while you and your crew provide the power — but don’t worry… it’s less Olympic cycling team and more fun with friends who occasionally pedal. You’ll cruise through the Port of Echuca soaking up the scenery, the fresh air and a few laughs before making a pit stop — and here’s where things get really good. After the first part of the ride, we’ll pull up at one of our favourite local cafés for the most important part of the tour… brunch. Whether you're here for the smashed avo, the coffee or just the company, this stop is all about slowing down and enjoying the moment. Once everyone is happily fed, refreshed and possibly debating whether pedalling home is still a good idea… it’s back on the bike. The group jumps back in the saddle and we cruise through the Port once more, finishing the ride with full bellies, good laughs and a story you’ll definitely be telling later. TOUR DETAILS Time: 11:30AM – 1:30PM Duration: 2 Hour Tour Price: $89 per person Minimum riders: 6 Maximum riders: 14 Meeting Point: Behind the Echuca Hotel 569 High Street, Echuca VIC 3564 (Please see reference map below) Tours may be booked individually or as a full group booking. Guests can reserve single seats, multiple seats, or all 14 seats to make the ride private. WHAT’S INCLUDED • A fun and social Pedal the Port bike tour • Meal at a local cafe • One non-alcoholic beverage • Light pedalling (team effort encouraged) • Music, fresh air and good vibes • A unique Echuca experience you’ll want to tell everyone about *PLEASE NOTE* - our PEDAL THE PORT bike seats 14 people with the option for 10 people to pedal and 4 people to sit back and relax. We will alternate seating positions throughout the tour so everyone gets their fair share of building those leg muscles.


Tour Booking Policy
Tour Booking Types • THE SMOOTHIE SPIN 9.30am to 10.30am– Minimum 6 people / Maximum 14 people • TOUR DE BRUNCH 9.30am to 10.30am– Minimum 6 people / Maximum 14 people • THE WARM UP PARTY - 2.30pm to 5pm– Minimum 6 people / Maximum 14 people These tours may be booked individually or as a full group booking. Guests may reserve single seats, multiple seats, or book all 14 seats to make the tour private. • PEDAL & PARTY- 6pm to 8.30pm – Maximum 14 people These tours are private group experiences. One booking reserves the entire bike for up to 14 riders. Individual seat bookings are not available Payment Policy • Private Group Bookings may pay a deposit at the time of booking, with the remaining balance payable on the day of the tour, or pay the full amount upfront at the time of booking. • Individual Bookings must be paid in full at the time of booking to secure a seat. Minimum Numbers • Tours that allow individual bookings require a minimum of 6 participants to operate. • If minimum numbers are not reached, the tour may be rescheduled, combined with another group, or refunded. • Guests will be notified at least 3 days prior to the scheduled tour if minimum participant numbers have not been met. Cancellation & No-Show Policy To ensure fairness to all guests: • More than 72 hours before the tour: Free cancellation. • 24–72 hours before the tour: A 50% cancellation fee applies based on the total booking value. • Within 24 hours of the tour or no-show: 100% of the booking fee will be charged. • Pedal the Port may offer date changes instead of cancellations where availability allows, at management’s discretion. Age Requirement • All participants must be 18 years or older to take part in Pedal the Port tours. Safety • All participants must follow the instructions of the tour captain/guide at all times. • Helmets are not required for passengers, however helmets are available upon request. • If a helmet is chosen, it must be worn for the duration of the ride. Terms & Waiver • All participants must read and sign the Terms, Conditions, Release of Liability & Indemnity Agreement prior to participating in the tour.
